Can T Uninstall Kaspersky

Please help me how to remove or uninstall Kaspersky Antivirus program. It is not appear in control panel >> Programs and Features. But it is running. I used it till last week. The key activation is finished and alert me many time to activated. So I want to move. I used `Your Uninstaller`to uninstall. It is not appear too. I can see it in C >> Program file. But I can't delete it. It is running and I can't stop it with Task Manager also. I attach some screen shoot. Please guide me how to solve it.

Quake pc download full version. Skyrim thief armor mod. If worse comes to worse you can open msconfig (from Start-Run) and remove KAV from the startup items, reboot, uninstall and then see what we can do from there.
