Hi there:

Activation key for standalone license etabs 2015

  • How to fix the 'BOOTMGR is Missing' and 'Couldn't Find BOOTMGR' errors that sometimes appear during startup in Windows 10, 8, 7, or Vista.
  • The laptop make and model is Toshiba Satellite L355. When I insert the original Recovery CD I got the 'CDBOOT: Couldn't find BOOTMGR' message. I cannot get to the menu. Also when I try to run the windows from HDD first I can hear like a 'cyborg' talking voice from inside. But it is not happening when I try to boot it from CD.

I click on the Windows CD & it goes to another black screen, but now up in the upper left hand corner it says CDBOOT: Couldn't find BOOTMGR. So then I talked to an Apple Senior Tech & he told me the Windows disc had to be damaged or no good. So I went to the place I bought it & they gave me another copy.

Cisco anyconnect license key. I'm running the current version of El Capitan (a/o 12/22/15) on my early 2011 15' MacBook Pro with a 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 processor.

I have tried various methods of installing Windows 7 to no avail and I'm starting to bang my head against the wall. I had a 32-bit I have been using with VMware initially but long story short I ponyed up the cash for a fresh 64-bit OEM key (which was sent with the original hard drive) to just get this installed.

Well, after finding out my optical drive was fried I got an external from a friend and was finally able to get through the initial set up for Boot camp (DLing the support software to a USB drive & partitioning) but then when the computer reboots and runs the DVD I get the following error prompt:

'CDBOOT: Couldn't Find Bootmgr'

Just out of curiosity I open the DVD in OS X and that file plus the *.efi version are just staring me in the face.

Now I'm so deep and invested a lot of hours researching various fixes that are fairly complicated and I feel like both Microsoft and Apple are just mocking me. I've spent far too much time on this just to give up but I'm starting to feel like I'm getting Stockholm syndrome trying to please the computer gods or something.

Is there a relatively easy fix or do I have to jump through a dozen other hoops to get there? Ex. cloning a VMware version to the hard drive which requires a few paid programs (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?p=20584499#post20584499), disabling the csrutil and tricking OS X into letting me use an ISO I've made, found 3 year old reddit threads, et cetera. But I'm rambling on now and this may have thrown any potential problem solvers off so apologies, but I'm starting to pull my hair out here. Help me reddit, you're my only hope.

I look forward to any and all help,

Cdboot

Best regards,

Indy
